# Stock is live, every past day is on record, and errors are caught as they happen

Filling plants in different cities reported their work through email and messaging groups. Once a week someone read every message, wrote the numbers down, and tried to match them with the ERP. By the time the numbers were ready, they were already a few days old, and a wrong number was usually found long after the gas had moved.

Now the reports coming into those same channels are read by AI and turned into records. ISO tank arrivals, filling in and out, cylinders leaving and returning, and customer balances are all kept as events with a date and a source. Stock is visible at any moment, and any past day can be opened again exactly as it was.

The system also compares what was reported with what should be there. Differences are flagged, and the people responsible are told. Losses during filling and mistakes in reporting are found while they can still be corrected, and the weekly manual work is gone.

## Privacy

For privacy and security, data is encrypted and local AI models are used where needed, so sensitive information is never sent to third parties.
